About the role

The role will be responsible for providing Healthy Building Solutions and Energy Efficiency Improvement Solutions to the customers. Responsibilities include day to day co-ordination activities with different stake holders, liaising with client, consultant and end users, internal reporting and Program management and EHS.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible for providing Healthy Building Solutions and Energy Efficiency Improvement Solutions to the customers. Responsibilities include day to day co-ordination activities with different stake holders, liaising with client, consultant and end users, internal reporting and Program management and EHS.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5 + years Experience in HVAC Chiller field.

  • Knowledge of DDC HVAC control systems and functions.

  • Financial management for Quoting and estimation experience.

  • Customer service skills and experience.

  • Project management skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines and budgets.

  • Team oriented.

  • Ability to work with minimum supervision but in a structured environment.

  • Results oriented and attention to detail.

  • Strong client problem solving skills.

Skills:

  • identify potential leads through various means, such as cold calling, networking, referrals, attending events, and using online platforms.

  • Well-versed in the features, benefits, and applications of the Carrier products or services.

  • Establish strong relationships by being approachable, responsive, and providing valuable insights.

  • Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to reach a mutually beneficial agreement.

  • Keeping track of customer interactions and maintaining proper records in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system helps salesmen manage their pipeline and follow up on potential leads.

  • After a sale, continue to provide customer support, address issues, and upsell or cross-sell other products or services.

  • Stay updated about industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales techniques to refine your skills and stay ahead in a competitive market.
