Product Development Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on engineer to support new product development, technical sales, and after-sales activities across RLC, Air Side, AHU, and VRF product lines. This role works closely with regional teams, suppliers, and internal functions to ensure product competitiveness and strong market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new product development in collaboration with BGAC, VINAI, CTC, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with market requirements
• Drive cost reduction initiatives for products and accessories across suppliers
• Provide Engineering and Technical support for RLC, Air Side, AHU, and VRF products to Sales teams and dealers
• Develop and maintain technical sales tools, including specifications (TOR) and product documentation
• Deliver product training (installation, troubleshooting) to internal teams and dealer customers
• Conduct on-site technical troubleshooting, evaluation, and support
• Collaborate on R&D initiatives for controllers and IoT technologies with external partners
• Maintain and update technical documentation for offline platforms and support marketing website content
• Support Product Marketing and Warranty/After-sales service teams
• Contribute to cross-functional engagement initiatives for product lines (RLC, VRF, AHU)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Experience in HVAC systems (RLC, AHU, VRF, Air Side) preferred
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting sales teams and working with dealers/customers
• Knowledge of IoT or controller systems is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Willingness to travel for on-site support
