About the role

The Sourcing Analyst (Fixed Term) will provide hands-on support to sourcing and procurement operations, ensuring continuity of supplier processes and material availability. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth execution of RFQs, purchase orders, and contract-related activities to avoid supply disruptions and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sourcing Analyst (Fixed Term)

, you’ll be responsible for:- SupportingRFQ processes for contract manufacturers, including supplier follow-up and quote analysis

• Monitoring and updating KPIs related to sourcing and supplier performance

• Assisting in the creation and management of contracts and sourcing boards (SB)

• Providing support in Windchill for sourcing and product-related workflows

• Ensuring timely purchase order (PO) confirmations and supplier communication

• Supporting material importation activities and coordination with internal teams

• Managing quotations for critical items to ensure supply continuity

Requirements

We are looking for people who are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain

• Experience managing RFQs, suppliers, and purchase orders

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

• Intermediate English (ability to communicate with suppliers)

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience with Windchill or similar PLM systems

• Knowledge of import/export processes

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment Benefits
