About the role

Responsible for leading CDU project phases by designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, developing efficient work cells, and driving continuous improvement through capacity analysis and Lean methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

As a Spclst, Ind Engrg, you'll be responsible for:

  • Design and implementation of new work cells for new products based on demand projections and capacity analysis.
  • Development of work standards, visual aids, and capacity analysis for process optimization (headcount calculation, rate, time study, VSM, 3P, MSWCD) and layout design.
  • Leadership of projects through continuous improvement and operational transformation.

As a minimum you must have:

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (preferred – Green Belt and Black Belt certification). Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Conversational English.
  • Capacity analysis.
