Are you ready to shape strategies that drive sales performance to the next level?
Join us in Genoa as GCC Planning & Sales Incentive manager, where you will shape the intelligence behind Costa’s global commercial engine. You will architect complex planning frameworks, model strategic targets, and design incentive systems that power performance across our international Global Customer Center.
Live your ambition. Lead with impact
You will strengthen Costa’s commercial governance by connecting strategy, analytics, and execution. You will create a meaningful impact by designing planning frameworks that guide performance, creating incentive models that drive motivation, and delivering insights that influence strategic choices across multiple geographies.
Sales planning & strategic target modelling
You will architect the overall sales planning framework, defining clear objectives by market, channel, and sales perimeter. Building on these foundations, you will lead the strategic target‑modelling process, translating assumptions, forecasts, and commercial ambitions into precise, data‑driven targets. Your work will ensure that every goal - whether at global, market, team or individual level - is measurable, aspirational, and fully aligned with costa’s business priorities.
Incentives engineering & performance intelligence
You will design and continuously refine incentive schemes, from standard models to fully customized or innovative solutions that balance motivation, sustainability, and business impact. You will oversee forecasting and performance‑tracking cycles, ensuring that payout logic is rigorously calibrated and coherent with both strategic expectations and real operational behavior. Through this work, you will strengthen the link between performance intelligence and reward mechanisms.
Advanced analytics, insights & commercial recommendations
You will conduct advanced analyses that combine quantitative rigor with strong commercial intuition, identifying root causes and emerging patterns across markets, teams, and channels. Based on these insights, you will deliver structured recommendations that support leadership in optimizing performance, refining targets, evolving incentive structures, and enhancing overall commercial effectiveness.
Cross‑functional leadership & project ownership
You will work closely with markets, sales leaders, operations, and analytics teams, driving complex initiatives in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. You will simplify complexity, communicate insights clearly, and ensure seamless coordination across Genoa, Barcelona, and São Paulo.
