To lead the development and execution of a benefits realization strategy across a portfolio of projects, ensuring measurable financial outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives. This role will act as a key link between program delivery teams, MAST senior Leadership and other leaderships across the business by driving value assurance and embedding benefits-focused thinking across the organization.
Essential Functions:

Benefits realization, Framework: Design, implement, and maintain a robust benefits realization framework for all projects and programs. Ensure benefits are clearly defined, quantified, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial Value Delivery: Partner with Finance and Program Directors to identify, validate, and monitor financial benefits. Provide regular reporting on benefits achievement against targets, highlighting variances and corrective actions.

Strategic Oversight: Maintain visibility of interdependencies and risks that could impact benefits delivery. Influence decision-making to prioritize initiatives that maximize financial and strategic value.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on benefits realization and value assurance. Facilitate workshops and communications to embed benefits thinking across teams.

Process Assurance: Establish clear processes for benefits tracking and reporting. Support audit and compliance requirements related to financial benefits.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Sharing: Drive ongoing improvement by reviewing lessons learned, benchmarking against industry standards, and sharing best practices across the organization to enhance benefits realization maturity.

Change Management & Communication: Support change management initiatives related to benefits realization, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all impacted teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, project management, or a related field.

Significant experience in program or project management, with a track record of benefits realization in a complex organization.

Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret and analyze data.

Experience in enterprise cost reduction initiatives or large scale transformation programs (i.e. supply chain, finance).

Professional certifications (e.g., MSP, Six Sigma/Lean, APM, PMP, or equivalent).

Familiarity with portfolio management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Travel: No or very little travel likely
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Monday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
