Location
This role can be based in Mechelen, Belgium or Schiphol, Netherlands. We operate on a hybrid work model in Cargill but 3 days per week would be required in either of these offices or from another European Cargill office location.

Job Purpose and Impact:

The Advisor, Organization Effectiveness & Talent Management is responsible for driving high-impact, integrated, and scalable solutions that enable a high-performing organization-from strategy through deployment-within their practice area(s). This job develops and implements processes, frameworks, methodologies, tools, templates, and routines that are aligned to business strategy and deliver strong people outcomes. As a recognized subject matter expert, this role leverages external benchmarking, defines clear outcome/success measures and drives continuous improvement cycles. A key focus of this role includes building capability for managers and employees to effectively adopt and apply these practices to drive a high performing organization.

  • Key Accountabilities
  • DEVELOPMENT: Designs, implements and deploys organization effectiveness and talent management programs within area(s) of focus -- including methodologies, frameworks, tools, and processes - that enable our strategy and excellent business performance that are simple, scalable, and fit for purpose. Ensures DEI principles are embedded into design and leads benchmarking and integrates external best practices to ensure relevance and impact. Ensures technology solutions effectively support programs.
  • IMPLEMENTATION/DEPLOYMENT Leads the deployment of programs by coordinating across stakeholders, ensuring organizational readiness, building capability and driving adoption through scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
  • ADMINISTRATION: Oversees the day-to-day administration of programs and related processes within area of focus, ensuring strong operational execution, tracking and alignment with program goals, timeline and stakeholder needs.
  • MEASUREMENT: Ensures development and analysis of program metrics to assess effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives, soliciting quantitative and qualitative feedback from key stakeholders, benchmarking against external standards, and delivering actionable insights to the COE and businesses to support continuous improvement, program transparency and adoption of programs.
  • STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners across stakeholders to gather input, build organizational capability, and drive adoption and organizational buy-in of programs.
  • VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Manages vendor relationships to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality service delivery, while staying current on best practices, tools and methodologies - and identifying opportunities to integrate them into program design, technology enablement and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification

  • Minimum requirement of 6 years of relevant work experience in HR, Business, or a related field . Typically reflects 10 years or more of relevant experience.

  • Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
