Responsabilidades:

-Realizar la verificacion de BPMs.
-Verificar la temperatura ambiente.
-Realizar el recibimiento de materia prima.
-Realizar snspecciones preoperacionales.
-Realizar inspeccion vehicular.
-Realizar la rotacion de productos, embutidos y pollo.
-Revisar las fechas cortas.
Verificacr las mermas de pollo fresco.

Calificaciones:

-Tener al menos 18 años.
-Practicante en ing quimica, ing industrial, ing. En sistemas, o ing afines.
-Contar conocimiento basico en uso en computadora.
-Contar con conocimiento basico en uso de Microsoft Office.
