Job Purpose and Impact

  • The Finance Process Deployment Lead coordinates efforts to define product line specific business requirements, implements improved business processes, ensures successful deployment of the new enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and enhancements, coordinates systems and process testing, training of system users and assists with functional stabilization efforts. In this role, you will lead the implementation for Capital Accounting & Fixed Assets process area and will require collaboration and teamwork within the business, Digital Technology & Data, and corporate functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leads ERP deployment for a specific process area to ensure consistent processes and technology are deployed according to the process area of expertise.

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Define deployment objectives and scope and measure and monitor project progress to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections for implementation, resolving issues independently.

  • PROCESS DESIGN & GOVERNANCE: Collaborates with business, functions, and subject matter experts to clarify and align all relevant business, function, process, data and control requirements with technology capabilities. Conducts fit gap analysis, evaluates process variations, and prepares key design decisions in compliance with governance.

  • UAT, TRAINING & CUTOVER: Validates that deployed solution meets process requirements during user acceptance testing, including data integrity, process compliance and scope of test scripts. Identifies subject matter experts to overcome obstacles, reports potential risks and dependencies, and develops end user training materials to ensure smooth adoption.

  • POST GO-LIVE SUPPORT: Solution and Process issue resolution and tracking, support users and address training gaps, assess readiness for project exit.

  • CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ADOPTION: Engages with end users and cross functional process teams to evaluate change impacts and recommend solutions to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.

  • COMMUNICATION & KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER: Provides regular updates on deployment progress, risks and process related key decisions, and ensures process leaders, teams and users are equipped with the right knowledge to sustain the new process and technology.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Leadership execution supporting identification and staffing of Super Users, direct project responsibilities for Super Users, onboarding, task allocation, day-to-day work direction, and provide feedback to Super Users’ Manager in Performance Management and Year-End reviews

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • • Minimum requirement of 2 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 3 years or more of relevant experience

  • MUST HAVE experience in Capital Accounting/ Lease Accounting/ Fixed Assets

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance

  • Strong analytical skills capable of breaking down complex issues to identify key drivers and upstream and downstream impacts

  • Confirmed ability to lead, coach, facilitate and communicate with individuals across a broad range of education, experience and functional spectrums to manage expectations and drive organizational and process change

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP systems, predominantly SAP

  • Knowledge of Food businesses in APAC

  • Previous experience working on high impact projects and change management initiatives

  • Very strong ability and appetite to learn and apply new concepts
