Job Purpose and Impact
Can you imagine being at the hearth of building and delivering the future digital backbone of the Food enterprise at Cargill? Join one the Food industry’s largest ERP transformation programs and use your talent for delivering transformation programs in the Digital Technology & Data Team with high exposure across the global Cargill organization.
We are seeking a result driven and strategic delivery manager with experience in large digital transformation projects and work with continuous improvements, particularly within the Food Solutions industry. This role demands an individual who can lead cross-functional and technical teams to deliver timely implementation of high-quality ERP solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of functional expertise, strategic leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver ERP SAP portfolio, including SAP S4 HANA strategic roadmap on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with the enterprise's strategic planning process and business strategy.
- Supervise a multi-skilled team performing standard to advanced and complex programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Maintains positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates complex contracts.
- Align and prioritize ERP SAP portfolio demand in collaboration with enterprise managers to ensure investments are bringing the appropriate value.
- Partners collaboratively with multi-functional teams, product owners and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
- Provide leadership to grow team capabilities, drive team goals and prioritize team resources in alignment with business requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience
- 3 years of supervisory management experience to funcation/technical teams
- Five years of experience in ERP (SAP ECC and S4 Hana) Application Solutions with expertise in Supply Chain and Operation modules
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, scalable, and global development environments, and transformational ERP initiatives, preferably SAP S4 Hana, across multiple process areas.
