Job Purpose and Impact

The ANZ Product Line Specialist will support the execution of commercial strategies and product line initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for in market analysis, product lifecycle management, customer support, and project coordination to drive substantial business growth and operational efficiency. The position offers exposure to cross-functional teams and commercial processes, providing a strong foundation for career development in product line management.

Key Accountabilities

  • Account planning activities by preparing data, insights, and reports for GTM team.
  • Demand and supply planning inputs.
  • Maintain supplier and supply point relationships by coordinating communications and tracking performance metrics.
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials to support business strategy, sales initiatives, and market updates.
  • Collaborate with GTM team to support opportunity pipeline development and commercialization efforts.
  • PnL management of key portfolios.
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for new products, updates, and customer programs.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, pricing, supply chain, and operations teams.
  • Maintain product data accuracy and assist with product approvals and documentation.
  • Perform administrative and analytical tasks to support the Commercial Product Line Manager ANZ and broader commercial team.
  • SKU reviews and product deletion recommendation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a commercial, product, or marketing support role.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in agribusiness, food ingredients, or B2B product environments.

  • Exposure to project management or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Understanding of supply chain or pricing concepts.
