Job Purpose and Impact

The Relationship Products Specialist will support the design and implementation of a full marketing cycle for relationship products aimed at the company’s origination customers. In this role, the Specialist will assist in identifying market opportunities, developing strategies to enhance and maintain customer relationships, defining promotional activities, and managing relationship products.

Key Accountabilities

  • Prepare and manage the relationship products portfolio, maintaining a broad view of how products connect with each other and with customers.

  • Identify market opportunities related to relationship products and agribusiness customers.

  • Support existing programs through marketing initiatives, in collaboration with commercial teams and customers.

  • Assist in coordinating program planning with customers to define timelines, goals, design criteria, costs, and related considerations.

  • Help organize and execute programs designed to achieve business objectives.

  • Support the definition of target audiences for relationship products.

  • Handle basic product-related inquiries under direct supervision, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in agribusiness-related areas.
  • Experience with marketing initiatives, promotions, client relationship programs, or product/service portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar solutions is a plus.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Buenos Aires or São Paulo, with in-office presence 4 days per week.
