1. 掌握和学习销售计划的制定及执行，与跨部门同事协作，为客户提供有价值的服务并帮助其成长，提高客户满意度。.
2. 学习行业、产品和生产工艺，掌握产品，市场和客户的基础信息。
3. 收集相关市场信息，并加以分析，为销售计划的制定提供依据。
4. 学习各部门，如供应链，财务及生产和交易团队 的相关工作流程及政策，以便于有更多的综合知识从而领导业务走向成功。
5. 完成主管指派的其他任务。
岗位要求
- 2025或2026届毕业，本科及以上学历，专业不限。
- 学习能力强，积极进取，具备开放心态与成长意愿
- 具备基础的数据分析能力，熟悉常用分析工具
- 勇于挑战，抗压能力强
