Job Purpose and Impact

  • The Senior Professional, HR Business Partner
  • Professional job partners in the development of complex people and culture strategies and operational plans that deliver business results. This job ensures that priorities around talent and performance, organizational effectiveness and engagement are addressed and enhances the domain practices that allow the group or function to attract, develop, reward and retain talent.

Key Accountabilities

  • BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP: Partners with essential leadership to align complex people and culture strategy to business strategy.
  • LEADERSHIP CONSULTING: Provides daily consulting to leadership on a variety of actions including employee relations issues, policy application, talent management and development and organizational design consultation.
  • STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & ACTIVATION: Acts as an essential team member for talent strategy development and activation and supplies to the development of new capabilities in the business.
  • DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION: Promotes the advancement of the diversity, equity and inclusion efforts for the business.
  • METRICS & ANALYSIS: Executes tracking, analysis and reports for key metrics, including core people and culture metrics.
  • PEOPLE PROCESS EXECUTION: Develops and manages the execution of core people process throughout the year.
  • STRATEGY & SOLUTION CONNECTION: Participates as an active member of the community to build links across the team and supports other domain initiatives and projects and identifies and shares strategies and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
