Master Planner

Job Purpose and Impact
The Master Planner will contribute to converting the long term monthly supply plan into a mid term weekly plan to facilitate material requirements planning and near-term staffing activities. In this role, you will help handle multiple product lines or sites with low to medium impact on working capital and ensure the connection between integrated business planning activities and tactical production execution.
The role implies being on-site a minimum of 3 days per week, in one of our offices in either: Schiphol (Netherlands), Botlek (Netherlands), Sofia (Bulgaria), Izegem (Belgium) or Hamburg (Germany).
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze plant capacity and production requisition data to resolve manufacturing plans and required resources.
- Provide necessary input to supply planner to support integrated business planning
- Provide informal mentorship and training to coordinators.
- Participate in setting master production planning metrics targets.
- Maintain data relevant to master production planning activities including planning calendars, material data and location data.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated work experience in areas such as: master planning / supply planning / production scheduling / inventory planning or equivalent
- Experience with Power BI for integrated dashboard development, execution, and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in MS Excel
- English – advanced language knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Related experience in master production planning, production scheduling or supply planning
- Experience with Power BI scripting and advanced analytical reporting (e.g., VBA).
- Familiarity with SAP IBP or comparable planning tools
