This position is in our Ag & Trading enterprise, where we connect producers and users of grains and oilseeds around the globe through origination, trading, processing, and distribution. We also offer a range of farmer services and risk management solutions.

Job Purpose and Impact

As part of the Commercial Support Department, the Contract Administrator supports daily commercial operations by ensuring the accurate registration and management of contracts, documentation, and correspondence. The role focuses on compliance with internal procedures and effective collaboration across departments.

Key Accountabilities

  • Accurately and timely register, update, and maintain sales and purchase contracts and/or addendums in SAP, based on business confirmations and in line with internal work instructions
  • Manage contract-related documentation, including registration, sending, receiving, archiving, and follow‑up
  • Maintain and update master data for suppliers and clients, based on validated requests and documentation
  • Apply working knowledge of department processes, systems, policies, and procedures to perform moderately complex administrative and operational tasks
  • Address clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support matters with appropriate autonomy, escalating more complex issues when needed
  • Support additional tasks and projects as required

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
  • Experience in a contract administration, commercial support, or similar administrative role in agribusiness
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of standard office software (MS Office Suite)
  • Intermediate English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with commercial contracts and standard contractual terms
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently when appropriate
