Principal Accountabilities

• Perform repetitive tasks
• Examples include Using hand tools to perform maintenance on production machinery.
• Ensuring food safety and quality
• Cleanliness and housekeeping
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production or maintenance experience (5+years preferred)
• Previous Cargill experience
• Work history in the past 12 months
• Leadership experience in a maintenance environment
• Knowledge of safety and safety requirements in an industrial/plant setting
