Job Purpose and Impact

The Commercial Trainee will support the team with face to face and remote selling to new and existing customers, selling directly or indirectly through various sales channels. In this role, you will help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Inform customers of our new products, services and prices.
  • Help development and delivery of sales bids, proposals and presentations and help conduct product demonstrations.
  • Build, monitor and revise lead generation plans to develop substantive sales opportunities.
  • Help assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services and solutions.
  • Build, develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships.
  • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Good communication with cooperation skills
