Principal Accountabilties

• Maintaining processes in the rendering department

• Ensuring food safety and quality

• Cleanliness and housekeeping

• Maintaining a safe working environment

• Tracking, reading, or creating reports manually or via computer

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English

• Must be able to perform basic math, such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

Preferred Qualifications

• Beef experience

• Meat processing experience

• Prior experience in a production, or similar, environment

• Work history in the past 12 months
