Job Purpose and Impact:

• The Global Buyer

• Software will support multiple countries for Software sourcing & related activities. In this role, you will execute complex procurement tasks to provide inputs to the global category team.

• Key Accountabilities

• Drive the implementation of Global Software / SaaS sourcing decisions by conducting RFX activities and contract negotiations. Conclude best-in-class deals to ensure favorable terms and compliance with company policies.

• Provide inputs to the global category team for category strategy development and execution.

• Execute medium and highly complex sourcing events & ongoing renewals for Software and SaaS contracts.

• Monitor stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with procurement strategies.

• Follow 100% compliance with established procedures to select suppliers for Software, SaaS, and related Services. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular reports to management.

• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Provide inputs into supplier governance processes as assigned.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of related work experience

Position Information:

• This role follows a hybrid work schedule and requires regular on‑site presence in our Wayzata, MN office.

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $118,000.00 - 201,000.00. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
