ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise day to day operations of the AU Technical Solutions site
• Receive inbound freight from customers.
• Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment.
• Perform in-house and some on-site routine services including Pre-Delivery Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to ensure proper operation of devices.
• Monitor all service requests through completion to ensure that the customer receives service in an expeditious manner. Escalate risks if issues arise that delay timely service to the customer.
• Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
• Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.
• Maintain effective procedures, records, transactional data and prepare reports.
• Support the sales, the marketing, the logistics and the quality department with technical issues.
• Manage S & R project related activities
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies by internal team, contract, and 3rd party resources.

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Tertiary Education desirable but not required.
• Experience leading day to day team operations
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced change environment managing competing priorities.
• Attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
• Ability to complete repetitive work without impact on quality.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, 9001, 19011

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

• Stakeholder management skills.
• Time Management skills.
• Knowledge of Software Automation is desired.
