We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals to join our Gananoque team as machine operators in support of the production department.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts
• Rotating weekly - 2 weeks Day Shift 7am-7pm, and 2 weeks Night Shift 7pm-7am. (WK 1 Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat -WK 2 Sun, Wed, Thurs)

Your Contributions to the Organization:

Duties and requirements of the job include, but are not limited to:

• Accountability for Product Quality and Safety Compliance
• Set up and operation of packaging machines while maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness in the department.
• Material replenishment and adjustments.
• Perform line clearance procedures and set-up to support efficient and timely changeovers
• Participate in Non-Conformance investigation and resolution where applicable

Education / Training and/or Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Trouble shooting and resolution capabilities.
• Ability to perform normal mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Ability to follow good documentation practices.
• Knowledgeable in GMP and 5S methodology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of the ECG Electrode Department and equipment would be a definite asset

Pay range: $ 22.00 per hour (Plus 0.84$ shift differential)
