Your Role

We are seeking experienced People Soft professionals with expertise in Administration, Functional Consulting, and Technical Development to support and enhance People Soft applications.

People Soft Administration- Administer and maintain People Soft environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.

• Install, configure, and upgrade People Soft Applications, People Tools, Web Logic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler.
• Perform environment refreshes, migrations, patching, and upgrade activities.

Functional Consulting- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Configure and support People Soft modules including HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or related applications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.

Technical Development- Develop, customize, and maintain People Soft solutions.

• Design and build People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and BI Publisher reports.
• Develop integrations using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in People Soft Administration, Functional, or Technical domains.
• Expertise in People Tools, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with People Soft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or other People Soft modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Web Logic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and PIA administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
