Procurement Analyst

Mission:

• Managing orders for procurement

• Management of range extensions and new suppliers

• Switches suppliers according to the plan of switching established and the deadlines for execution

• Analysing the parameters of new references in the procurement system,

• Manage and update order portfolios with the suppliers,

• Organize and animate logistics meeting with the new suppliers.

Required knowledge:

• SAP: procurement module,
• Languages: Fluent in both English and French
• A high level of proficiency in EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD,
• Advanced Power BI mastery
• Conducting meetings.
• Relational: very important communication with suppliers and transversal departments
