Your Role

As a Service Now Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise Service Now solutions for international clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to define scalable architectures, guide implementation strategies, and ensure platform excellence across Service Now environments.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their Service Now investments while supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

In this role you will:

• Define end-to-end Service Now solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Lead solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance across Service Now implementations and transformations.
• Ensure best practices, governance standards, and platform scalability are applied across projects.
• Drive solution design on modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and related Service Now capabilities.
• Support integration architecture and enterprise platform interoperability.
• Contribute to technical roadmaps and Service Now platform evolution strategies.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, estimations, solution shaping, and proposal development.
• Coach and mentor consultants, developers, and technical leads.
• Promote innovation and adoption of AI-powered capabilities such as Service Now Now Assist.

Your Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Now solution architecture and implementation.

Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Service Now solutions.

Strong knowledge of Service Now architecture principles and platform governance.

Hands-on expertise with ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, Discovery, and other Service Now modules.

Experience defining integration strategies and enterprise architecture patterns.Understanding of Service Now Now Assist and AI-enabled platform capabilities.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to lead workshops and influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels.

Professional proficiency in English.

Service Now certifications are highly valued.
