About you
As our Growth Marketing Lead, you will be the main POC for the Territory and a thought partner to our Country Managers. You will drive the strategy for Marketing on the ground in each market, partnering with your Performance, Organic Social, Community and Creative colleagues to deliver strategies deeply connected to local business priorities and audience opportunities.You’ll be accountable Marketing performance at a macro level and be consistently ‘vocal for local’ in achieving these goals.

What you’ll do

  • Own end to end marketing strategies for your territory of ‘Pioneering’ and ‘Frontier’ Markets
  • Apply a full (marketing) funnel view to tracking and driving results
  • Connecting the dots between brand & performance media, and our O&O channels
  • Drive local brand marketing strategy and connect brand messaging with that of the rest of our paid & owned channels
  • Execute field marketing projects to test events/partnerships as a new vehicle for building the brand and acquiring new customers

  • Extensive experience in delivering local market strategies, as part of a global organization
  • A proven track record of driving commercial outcomes
  • Generalist marketing knowledge with an understanding of how and when to pull different marketing levers to drive results
  • A team player - a strong collaborator and a supportive colleague
  • A critical thinker - someone who will challenge the status quo and help us innovate around local priorities
  • Creativity! We will be investing heavily in our local brand this year so need someone with experience of driving brand activity, working with agencies and a vision for what good brand marketing looks like in your locale

Marketing’s mission at Canva is for Canva to become “the most loved brand in the world”. Canva’s International Marketing Group is a diverse and distributed group of marketers who take this mission forward to drive user growth, brand awareness, and affinity in our priority international markets.
As part of the International Marketing Group, our Growth Marketing team drives Canva's growth by blending global strategies with hyperlocal insights. We aim to create meaningful connections with users in Europe regional campaigns, localised moments, and evergreen creative initiatives across a variety of functions - performance marketing, brand, events, partnerships, social, community engagement and other growth channels.
