The Azure Integration Solution Engineer is responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role partners closely with enterprise architects, application teams, and business stakeholders to enable system to system, data, and event driven integrations using standardized Azure integration patterns and the Integration Hub model.
The engineer will focus on implementing Azure based integrations that support enterprise modernization, data consistency, and reliable connectivity across internal and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support Azure based integration solutions using enterprise approved integration patterns such as Hub and Spoke, Pub/Sub, batch processing, and data transformation.

Build and maintain integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, messaging, and event driven architectures to enable reliable data exchange between applications.
-
Implement data mappings, transformations, and routing logic (XML, JSON, APIs, files) between source and target systems.
-
Collaborate with architects and Integration Hub teams to reuse standard Azure patterns and frameworks to improve delivery speed, consistency, and cost efficiency
-
Partner with application owners and business teams to understand integration requirements, data sensitivity, and non functional needs.

Ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements, especially for sensitive data flows.
-
Support integration testing, deployment, monitoring, and production issue resolution.
-
Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies, backlog refinement, and estimation activities.
-
Contribute to documentation, design artifacts, and operational runbooks for Integration Hub solutions.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

6+ years of relevant work experience.
-
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure integration services.
-
Experience designing and delivering enterprise system integrations.
-
Solid understanding of API based, event driven, and batch integration patterns.
-
Experience with data transformation and mapping (JSON, XML, REST APIs).
-
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment models.
-
Ability to troubleshoot integration issues across distributed systems.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an Integration Hub or Center of Excellence (CoE) model.

Hands on experience with Azure Functions, messaging/event patterns, and reusable integration frameworks.

Exposure to enterprise data domains such as HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer platforms.

Experience supporting high volume, business critical integrations in production.

Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, Azure Integration, or Azure Solutions Architect).

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$126,000-$181,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
