We have the following job available in the Production Department:JOB TITLE: 2nd Shift Roll Line Set-Up

OF OPENINGS: ONE (1)

BASE RATE/HOUR: $30.13

HOURS: Normal hours - 3:25 P.M. to 11:30 P.M. or EOP (Hours may vary with production Schedule)

Must be able to work overtime. Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for operation and set-up of Soft Roll packaging machinery including the slicer, bagger, Kwik lok, checkweigher and metal detector.

• Must maintain processing parameter records.

• Coordinates with shipping department on product and code price changes.

• Will be required to maintain and repair machines.

• Also responsible for certain preventive maintenance and sanitation duties

• NO shift only: will support other operations in the Bakery during periods of lower demand

• Must support all plant safety, quality, SAP, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives. This support may include but is not limited to: serving in the role of 5S Leader, actively participating in all audits (i.e. Daily Sweep, Weekly Spot, etc.) and all aspects of team concepts, such as displaying a positive attitude, which are necessary to work collaboratively within a team environment. The person in this position must also perform other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor and/or manager.
