How you will make history here…
- The Demand Planning Manager
- COE is responsible for the development, deployment, adoption, and maintenance of supply chain planning processes and systems. Works collaboratively with Planning Leadership Team & Planners, Plant Operations, Logistics, Customer Supply Chain, Master Data, Finance, and IT to ensure processes are in place to support business requirements and to identify process improvements which will drive increases in productivity with a focus on data quality and standardization.
What you will do…

Owns all processes and standard operating procedures within the scope of the Planner roles for Snacks and Meals & Beverages including the determination of best practices, process documentation, training, and communication.

Assists in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators for Supply Chain Planning.

Analyzes, evaluates, and reviews performance measurements with the Planning Leadership Team and our business partners.

Manages ongoing optimization of Planning systems and tools (SAP ECC, SAP APO, Envision, Mexvision, Power BI, etc) including monitoring any open IT support tickets for break fixes.

Facilitates change management within planning and the leads the process of gaining alignment and support for changes that will have an impact on business partners such as plant operations, scheduling, master data, or finance.

Functions as the business process expert and liaison between IT department and Enterprise Planning team providing tier 1 support for any system issues.

Develops solutions for issues through process changes and/or system enhancements, determines priority for IT support, and supports change management required.

Works with IT in creation/approval of BRD (business requirement document), supervises and approves the system testing plans & results and implementation plan for all enhancements and upgrades.

Partners with IT on developing future strategic projects and initiatives.

Identifies opportunities for process improvements within Planning, determines resources required, and manages execution.

Works as a project manager/facilitator for cross functional projects requiring planning support.

Supports the creation of the planning inputs to the Campbell’s Annual Operating Plan.

Maintains job descriptions for Planner roles and supports the interview process to find candidates for any open roles.
-
Provides back-up support to roles within the Planning team when needed.
Who you will work with…

What you bring to the table… (Must Have)

5 + years of experience in a Supply Chain Role

Bachelor’s degree required

5 + years previous experience in Demand Planning

Microsoft Excel proficiency
-
Previous experience working with an ERP System required. SAP preferred.

Proficient in Power BI, Envision, & Mexvision.

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$110,000-$158,100
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment. Please ask your Talent Acquisition Partner for more information about our total rewards package.
