About the Role

At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology. In this role, the Account Technology Executive (ATX) is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of the Cadence Verification solutions on a global basis for one of Cadence's top accounts.

Verification solutions include the Xcelium simulator, Jasper Gold formal apps, Indago Debug Platform, Verification IP, v Manager and other Cadence Verification products.

Responsibilities

  • Technical qualification of engagements
  • Leading pre/post-sales campaigns
  • Proliferation and deployment
  • Closing technical campaigns and assisting Account Executives with booking sales in the account
  • Foster and grow customer relationships to better connect our solutions with the customer's problems
  • Conduct regular technical reviews and management reviews that include roadmap alignment with the account
  • Work in a team environment, including leadership for supporting AEs and coordination/facilitation of interaction between customers and Cadence Marketing/Engineering

Qualifications

  • BSEE or equivalent
  • 5-10 years industry and sales experience
  • Successful track record in customer facing roles
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to business needs, both with the customer as well as with Cadence R&D
  • Previous technical and selling experience with verification solutions (Cadence and/or competitive) is required
  • MBA is a plus
  • We will strongly consider people looking to transition from CAE/AE/PE roles in the EDA electronics industry to sales roles
