The Opportunity:

• Serve as a key developer supporting enterprise collaboration and knowledge management solutions within the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) program.
• Design, develop, and maintain Share Point-based applications and portals that enhance communication, workflow automation, and data accessibility across Navy maintenance operations.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions aligned with mission needs.
• Support modernization efforts by integrating Share Point with cloud-based and enterprise systems within the NMMES Cloud Hosting Environment (CHE).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Share Point Online and/or Share Point Server solutions, including sites, workflows, and custom applications.
• Build and customize Share Point components using SPFx (Share Point Framework), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, dashboards, and document management solutions.
• Contribute to integration efforts between Share Point and other systems.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Share Point functionality, performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain governance, permissions, and content management best practices.
• Support testing, deployment, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD security requirements.

Qualifications:Required:• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) and 5–8 years of experience in Share Point development.

• Hands-on experience with Share Point Online and/or Share Point Server (2016/2019).
• Experience with Share Point Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and modern web development tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Experience developing workflows, forms, and document management solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integration capabilities.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).

Desired: • Experience supporting DoD/Navy programs or federal IT environments.

• Familiarity with Azure or cloud-based integrations.

• Experience integrating Share Point with other on-premise or cloud-based systems.

• Knowledge of Dev Sec Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$98,500-$206,800
