The Opportunity

Provide direct user support for AEA Tools, assisting customers with account administration, system status, and network inquiries. Engage with users through phone, VTC, email, chat, and online platforms including JIRA, Confluence, Share Point, and Spy Space.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform first‑level corrective maintenance
  • Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance
  • Assist help desk technicians on advanced inquiries
  • Deliver timely operational updates to customer teams
  • Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs
  • Update and manage the ticket‑tracking system

Qualifications Required

  • An active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Two years of hands‑on experience with Intelligence Community (IC) tools and capabilities
  • High school diploma
  • Understanding of operational product workflows

Desired

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as an analyst

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$59,600 - $122,100
