The Opportunity:As the Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Network Expansion Chief Engineer you will have the opportunity to design, develop, integrate, and architect an expanded user/producer network of IBS capabilities in a manner ensuring maximum performance and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support national security operations among multiple agencies, allies, producers, and combatant commands.
Responsibilities:
-
Design and engineer global dissemination pathways routing critical operational data with minimal latency to select potential producers and users
-
Identify technical requirements of potential producers and users Beyond FVEY and possible impacts to IBS consumers worldwide
-
Record and document requirements, design diagrams, risks, dependencies, and timelines as applicable to select new producers and users
-
Perform analyses of alternatives on hardware and software requirements
-
Liaise between foreign partners, IBS-X leadership, and Executive Agent staff on issues regarding network expansion
-
Oversee procurement and/or repair of new and current equipment with select partner nations
-
Maintain current system cross-domain solution Radiant Mercury
Qualifications: Required:
-
Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance
-
BS degree in computer science or related field
-
10 years of experience in design, architecture, and engineering of complex distributed intelligence information systems
-
Specific knowledge of architecture relevant to production and use of IBS
-
Extensive knowledge of multi-nation requirements, methods, and communication
-
Expertise in FVEY/REL classification requirements, practices, and disclosure policies
-
Expertise in Radiant Mercury CDS
-
Expertise in interactive broadcast analysis
-
Experience in pattern of life analysis

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$120,800 - $265,800
