The Opportunity:

Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing readiness, informing decision-makers, and improving coordination among mission partners.Are you up for the challenge?
CACI has an immediate opening for a Logistics Specialist in support of our mission critical government client located in Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Logistics Specialist, you will provide support to USINDOPACOM's Distribution Mobility Operations and planning services to enhance readiness, inform decision-makers, test capabilities, and improve coordination among USINDOPACOM and its mission partners. These support services may vary widely in scope, objectives, and participants depending on the mission partner(s) and logistical priorities.
Responsibilities:

Synchronize, and execute joint distribution operations in support of military missions, ensuring seamless movement and sustainment across the operational environment while maintaining visibility across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE) to enable redirection of strategic and operational flows based on shifting priorities.

Manage and maintain In-Transit Visibility (ITV) capabilities to enable real-time tracking of personnel, equipment, and cargo throughout the Defense Transportation System (DTS) and assesses, optimizes, and mitigates resource competition for distribution assets, including commodities, lift capabilities, and port access, through integrated lift provider coordination.

Implements deconfliction strategies and develops improved solutions to reduce operational friction, aligning with theater-level distribution priorities.

Enforces Combatant Commander (CCDR)-assigned supply and transportation priorities to optimize the allocation and flow of critical resources.

Develops and maintains robust and redundant distribution networks to support both routine operations and surge requirements under varying operational conditions.

Identifies and aggregates distribution requirements in coordination with Joint Force Commanders (JFCs), ensuring timely delivery to designated points of need, including austere or non-traditional locations.

Provide ITV compliance across distribution operations to meet supported CCDR requirements and enhance situational awareness and decision-making in support of joint warfighting objectives.

Ensure timely delivery of logistics support to meet Required Delivery Dates (RDD) and provide Transportation Distribution Dates (TDD) aligned with Combatant Commander (CCDR) requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:

Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Security Clearance.

Minimum of 10 years (Senior) experience in logistical planning and executing Joint Logistics Support and/or Operations

Bachelors Degree
-
Must be self-motivated and operate efficiently and effectively without direct supervision in joint and interagency environments while maintaining communication with and responsiveness to the client.

You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
-
You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team on product development and task execution.
-
Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and OCONUS locations.
-
Be available to support a possible shift-work schedule that includes nights and/or weekends per client mission requirements.
Desired:
-
Professional military education; intermediate or higher-level service Staff College.
-
More than five (5) years of experience working in a Joint Staff or Geographic Combatant Command environment.

Recent experience supporting USINDOPACOM.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,200 - $198,600
