Your Responsibilities:

• Support Cutting-Edge Technologies: Maintain and enhance our COMSEC infrastructure, including EKMS, KMI, MGC, OTNK, SKL, TKL, i App, JENM, ACES, Atom, and End Cryptographic Units.

• Shape the Future: Review, analyze, and contribute to the creation of Key and Certificate Management Plans (KCMPs), specifications, standards, and documentation.

• Lead with Innovation: Develop comprehensive test plans, procedures, and use cases to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our key management systems.

• Explore New Frontiers: Test and evaluate emerging COMSEC Key Management technologies and solutions.

• Be the Voice of Expertise: Serve as a key liaison with vendors and various Department of Defense (DoD) stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with the Best: Actively participate in and support Army, DoD, and NSA Key Management Working Groups.

Qualifications We’re Looking For:

• Clearance: An active DoD Secret clearance.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise with COMSEC infrastructure and related technologies.

• Strategic Thinker: Experience in reviewing and developing KCMPs, standards, and implementation guidance.

• Strong Communicator: Excellent analytical and technical writing skills.

• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Hands-On: Comfortable operating within a laboratory setting.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,700 - 173,900 USD
