The Opportunity:
The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) JCITA program is the crown jewel of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community enterprise in enabling CI personnel in their mission to protect our nation from adversarial threats. CI Agents' abilities to counter espionage, terrorism, and insider threats hinge upon JCITA's advanced CI training.
From its inception, our JCITA Instructor program has grown and evolved well past the original vision. Changes in the CI landscape have necessitated the support of an agile, innovative team, and a solid business partner in CACI, to ensure the program continues to deliver the quantity and quality of training for a successful DoD CI program.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for providing world-class Advanced CI Investigations Course (ACIIC) instruction.
- Plan, develop, and execute training certification for CI Agents to independently conduct Counterintelligence investigations to determine whether a particular person is acting for or on behalf of, or an event is related to, a Foreign Intelligence Entity, as well as determine actions to identify the appropriate resolution. Devise plans that leverage all CI functions, missions (IAW the DoD 5240 series), and CJ investigative tools and defend their utilization of DoD Manual 5240.01, Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, affidavits and evidence.
- Deliver classroom-based instruction and assess student performance in field exercises that frequently exceed 8-hours a day, includes weekends, and requires travel within the NCR and CONUS.
- Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of e Learning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

Required:

TS/SCI and with polygraph or ability to obtain poly.

Minimum of five (5) years' experience conducting full-scope CI Investigations.

Served as a senior CI investigator with experience conducting the full investigative cycle.

Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school, must be a graduate of JCITA NSIC, ACIIC, the AFCITC, or an IC school equivalent.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,800 - $148,600
