Model Ark is a model-as-a-service (MaaS) platform on Byte Plus, offering secure and cost-effective services, including model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. It provides Byte Dance’s proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 2.0，as well as well-known open-source models.

Responsibilities:

• Support Model Ark's LLM global expansion, you will own LLM content strategy and provide content support to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.). Key duties: collaborate on new model launches, develop sales collaterals, curate/optimize customer success stories, and execute localized marketing activities tailored to regional cultures and channels.
• Conduct in-depth LLM product research, monitor global market trends, and deliver actionable insights to inform LLM product iteration.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Masters' degree in a relevant field.

• 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build solid connections with internal teams and clients.

• Capable of multi-project management and efficient delivery in a fast-paced working environment.

• Familiar with global LLM service ecosystems, and well-informed of the latest industry trends and application scenarios of generative AI.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Background in marketing, product management, operations or solution consulting is a plus.

• Working experience in the AI industry is a plus.

• Keen insight and strong capability to collect first-hand information through multiple approaches, including but not limited to reading technical papers, hands-on product testing, building functional demos, and conducting customer interviews.
