Talent Acquisition Partner - TAC Early Career (AMS)

About the team
The America Early Careers team connects the business with talented university students from the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for students, showcasing Byte Dance's people, culture & technology through attraction & engagement activities, recruitment and innovative early career programs.

Parts of this role will require support across Byte Dance, as well as Tik Tok. Byte Dance is Tik Tok's parent company, whose mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for internship and graduate hiring;
• Understand business models, organizational structure, and hiring needs in depth;
• Collaborate with regional and global hiring managers to develop data-driven sourcing strategies;
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates to meet hiring goals and elevate talent quality;
• Partner cross-functionally with Center of Excellence teams to align on recruitment objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Advantageous to have 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various functions (e.g., product, tech, MBA, sales, marketing);

• Proven ability to use data to improve recruiting efficiency and influence decisions;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of an organization.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience;

• Self-starter who is results-driven, resourceful, and curious, with a bias for action;

• Experience working with global teams across time zones and cultures.
