Creator Partnership and Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaking) - Lemon8

Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including parenting, food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more. People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing. Lemon8 is currently available on i Phone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

• Responsible for creators acquisition, creators grooming and creator communications for mixed category and projects
• Develop quarterly planning for specific projects in order to achieve business goals (for example, content numbers, creators numbers, specific topics acquisitions etc).
• Be able to utilize In-app resources such as H5, Newsletter, In-app message, in order to communicate with target users
• In charge of Campaign recap/analysis related to specific project under one's care
• Collaborating with monetization point of contact(POC) if there are any monetization projects for fashion
• Be able to initiate new ways of working or any projects that will help the team complete objectives and key results(OKRs)

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor's degree and above
• At least 2 years of experience in Creators/Influencers Operations, Influencer agency, Influencer management or other related field
• Proven experience in working with Creators/Influencers and cross-functional teams
• Good analytic skills, be able to identify highlights, lowlights and provide solutions to business challenges
• Logical thinking and data-driven
• Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Strong interests in Online Application, familiar with social media - understanding user content insights is a plus
• Fast learner, open-minded with a can-do attitude
