Responsibilities:

• Develop LLM technologies for diverse search scenarios, including pre-training strategies and efficient RLHF, to improve relevance, recency, and other key aspects.
• Utilize MLLMs for visual representation learning and video understanding, strengthening search retrieval capabilities.
• Design personalized ranking algorithms that understand user intent and deliver tailored search results.
• Build reliable, low-latency online search services with large-scale data to ensure stability and superior user experience.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence or a related technical discipline
• Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with experience in NLP, CV, or ML.
• Solid programming skills and fundamental algorithm & data structure knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Linux development environment and skilled in C++ and Python.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in large model companies.
• Experience in search, recommendation, or advertising fields.
• Publications in top-tier conferences such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, CVPR, ICCV and ECCV.
