About the role
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to join our Real Estate & Facilities (REF) team. You will work closely with Project Managers to support the lifecycle of office development projects across the America Region. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse internal departments and external partners, gaining hands-on experience in large-scale corporate real estate operations.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management team in design analysis and technical review processes to ensure project requirements align with company standards.
- Assist in tracking project schedules and monitoring budgets to ensure timely delivery and financial accountability.
- Coordinate the end-to-end payment process, including reviewing invoices, tracking change orders, and reconciling costs with internal finance systems.
- Act as a liaison between REF and various internal stakeholders (CS, IT, Security, Procurement, Legal, Finance etc.) and external partners (Architects, General Contractors) to drive project alignment and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Maintain project dashboards and logs to provide real-time updates on project status, risks, and contingencies.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Project management, construction management, architecture, business, real estate or a related field

Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.

Good time management, ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship or academic project experience in design, construction, or corporate real estate.
