Merchant Ecosystem Special Project Strategist (Philippines E-Commerce)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as an Ecosystem Special Projects and Strategy lead. This role focuses on identifying, designing, and executing special projects that align with stakeholder goals, enhance governance practices, and drive operational efficiency across the business ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with stakeholder teams to develop and implement strategic special projects that support governance and long-term business goals.
• Analyze current workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and greater alignment with ecosystem priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline operations and ensure efficient execution of strategic objectives.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to inform project design, measure impact, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects deliver measurable business value and support a cohesive ecosystem strategy.
• Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience in project management, strategy, or business operations, ideally within complex stakeholder ecosystems.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Familiarity with governance frameworks and ecosystem stakeholder dynamics is a plus.

• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
