Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Tik Tok Shop Talent Acquisition team focuses on building high-performance teams for Tik Tok's e-commerce platform across SEA, shaping the future of e Commerce.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

• Assist in identifying and engaging potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screen resumes to match qualifications with role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support the tracking and updating of applicant information in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards to monitor hiring progress.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates.
• Assist in providing a smooth and engaging interview experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

• Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and talent strategy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter/ATS tools is a plus.
