Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of high-speed network technologies in Byte Dance
  • Build softwares and tools to improve the reliability and availability of high-speed network infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a PhD degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Proficiency in one or several mainstream programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Python, Go

  • Passion in high-speed IP networking, hardware-software interaction, and hardware offloading technologies

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with RDMA/RoCE network protocol is a plus

  • Experience in developing software systems for large-scale data center networks or distributed systems is a plus
