Category & Creator Intern Project Intern (Mother, Baby and Health, E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

FMCG, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Mother, Baby and Health team focuses on driving the growth of the growing the Mom & Baby and Health business on e Commerce via seller and creator initiatives.

The intern will be able to help gather and analyze category insights, as well as get first hand experience in creator management and growth. This involves strategic planning and direct communication with relevant category creators, and various initiatives related to Mom & Baby and Health creator growth.

Responsibilities:

• Category Data Tracking & Analysis Support

• Update performance trackers to monitor key metrics and areas for improvement

• Support in strategizing and executing plans to address key category priorities and projects

• Competitor Analysis

• Conduct in-depth studies of competitor actions and strategies, providing recommendations for counteraction plans

• Reach out to top sellers on other platforms to onboard on the platform

• Analyze price competitiveness to inform pricing strategies and enhance market positioning

• Creator Management

• Assist the Creator Manager/s in outreaching and onboarding new category creators

• Provide executional support in setting up promotional tools and mounting special projects in order to achieve creator GMV targets and growth

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in business or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous internship or organizational experience related to content operations, communications, or community building is an advantage.

• Familiar or experience with e Commerce platform
