Research Scientist - Seed Responsible AI

The Seed-Responsible AI team promotes safe and sustainable AI by researching its core mechanisms to provide insights and practical guidance.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing advanced technologies in AI, particularly AI foundation models and AI agents;
2. Conducting research on the technologies of AI to make them more reliable, safe, and trustworthy;
3. Contributing to the development of products in the company with regards to AI safety and AI ethics.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience in research on ML, NLP, LLM, and familiarity with large-scale model training is preferred;
2. Excellent coding ability, data structures, and fundamental algorithm skills, proficient in C/C++ or Python, winners of competitions such as ACM/ICPC, IOI, Top Coder etc. are preferred;
3. Experience with influential projects or papers in ML, NLP, LLM, is preferred;
4. Excellent problem analysis and solving skills, able to effectively solve problems in technology development and applications;
5. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to address technical challenges with the team and promote technological advancement.
