Responsibilities:

1. Supporting the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to screening and engaging top-tier technical talent.
2. Assisting with talent mapping and market research to provide actionable insights that support business objectives and growth.
3. Optimizing recruitment processes and supporting new initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams to gain a deep understanding of business needs and talent strategy.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related technical field.
2. Enthusiastic about talent acquisition and organizational development in the tech space.
3. Knowledgeable about the internet/tech industry, with previous experience or internship in talent acquisition being highly valued.
4. A proactive and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with others.
