Product Manager Leader - Workplace Service

About the team:
The Information Systems team is dedicated to building and enhancing the company’s internal enterprise platforms, supporting critical functions such as human resources, workplace services, finance, legal affairs, procurement, approval workflows, and more. We are responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of these systems — from strategic planning and solution design to implementation, security, configuration, and continuous optimization. Our mission is to deliver secure, efficient, and user-friendly B2B products that empower internal teams, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning the roadmap for B2B products based on user requirements and steering product direction using business and product analysis;
• Analyze and diagnose business problems, identifying user's pain points and priorities. Conduct competitive analysis and implementing plans of responsible areas;
• Deliver secure and user-friendly products, coordinate and drive targets for multiple teams (E.g. Technology, Testing & Operations) to achieve product business goals;
• Responsible for product operations, including training and data analysis. Pay attention to user feedback, analyze user behavior, and continuously optimize the product user experience. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, minimum of three years of relevant experience in internet products or enterprise management software products;

• Not limited to accepting and delivering requirements, focusing on industry trends, proactively planning product development, possessing a global vision, effectively communicating with other teams within the company, and jointly promoting business progress;

• Capable of handling product requirement analysis and product design work independently. Able to provide guidance for sub-products;

• Familiar with internet product design and development processes. Able to communicate, interact and collaborate effectively with technical teams to ensure efficient project launches.
