Machine Learning Engineer (User Growth) - Global Payment - Singapore

The Growth Algorithm team leads high-impact algorithmic initiatives across BNPL and Cash Loan products in Southeast Asia, driving scalable growth across diverse markets, customer segments, and financial scenarios.

Operating in a fast-paced, business-driven environment, the team focuses on transforming data, models, and experimentation into measurable business outcomes within short project cycles. This is an opportunity to work on real-world growth challenges at scale, where algorithms directly influence user acquisition, conversion, risk control, and product performance.

• Responsible for machine learning model and strategy development for Global Payment User Growth, accountable for metrics of payment and financial products in core transaction scenarios.
• Drive business growth by enhancing user experience and conversion efficiency through personalized traffic allocation and marketing subsidies.
• Responsible for machine learning model research in User Growth, including deep learning, causal inference and operational optimization, to empower business growth.
• Deeply explore data, strategies and algorithms to improve the efficiency of user growth and conversion.
• Explore the application of LLM-related technologies in User Growth.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience from a large-scale internet business
• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, and Data Mining;
• Familiar with Machine Learning and Data Mining, such as Statistical Learning and Deep Learning models;
• Excellent logical thinking and Data Analysis capabilities;

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in User Growth, Online Ads, Digital Marketing, and Recommendation
• Background in the financial industry and relevant project experience
