Experienced Enterprise Partner - Internal Control - Singapore

About the team
Internal control team is responsible for performing risk identification and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across Byte Dance global functions. The team's mission is to be a trusted advisor and add tangible value to the company through insightful and comprehensive risk management practices and proactive internal controls advisory support.

• Participate in various company-wide initiatives, such as identifying risks, performing risk analysis and root cause analysis. Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness in processes, approvals and policies improvement.
• Provide research, analysis, and insights based on effectiveness, efficiency, experience and system feasibility for management reporting as needed.
• Participates in cross‐functional teams to conduct root cause analysis to establish action plans to improve the control environment.
• Encourage and stay up to date with best practices, growing together with team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification(s)

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• High professional proficiency and exemplary communication skills in English, essential for providing support to the APAC and EMEA market.

• Familiar with procurement process logic, with compliance-related experience in the procurement field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills coupled with the ability to swiftly adapt within a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrates strong professional ethics, a dedicated work attitude, and a keen aptitude for learning, while exhibiting high motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

• Displays an open-minded and adaptable nature, fearlessly embraces challenges and thrives under pressure, exhibiting a genuine enthusiasm for critical thinking.

• Preferred Qualification(s)

• Advantageous to have internal controls experience and/or risk management operation experience is preferred.

• Internet or tech multinational companies and/or consulting firms are preferred.
